Walking distance to a private beach with snorkeling and swimming and a high end grocery store. Down the road 10 mins or so you can find a salt pond with lots of flamingos (and walk out amongst them). We are close to the best snorkeling in St John (and happy to provide details on how to find the best spots so you don't waste time trying to decipher google instructions). The property itself is peaceful and private, half shaded with lush plants which is unusual for most properties on the island which are usually very exposed. We have a plunge pool, and large wrap around deck with stone stair up to a private fully stocked gym. There is a green house and many fruit trees on the property, you're welcome to help yourself to any vegetables or fruit you find ripe. We're also happy to provide provisions for your arrival from our local store so your fridge is stocked by the time you arrive - let us know after booking.

You are welcome to use the washer and drier. Snorkel gear, coolers, and beach chairs are on the lower deck under the house where you are free to access.

Please do not open the shed or use power tools.

We provide snorkel gear for 4 guests and beach chairs for 6. We recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access the best beaches and hikes - you can also inquire about renting our truck.

The Villa is nestled in in one of the more jungle like areas of St John yet just a 3 minute walk to a private beach with deeded access, which happens to also be a hidden gem of a snorkeling spot. We have a wrap around deck with a view of the ocean, a private pool surrounded by palms with a stone path through the woods to a hillside gym and outdoor shower. We provide snorkel gear for 4 and all the amenities you need for a beach day. Paddle boards and a truck available upon request.
